Feedback Feature Guide
The Feedback feature ensures cleaning companies gain valuable insights into their customers' experiences. Once a team or individual marks a task as delivered on their dashboard, an automatic email is sent to the customer, requesting feedback on the service provided. This allows cleaning companies to monitor their performance and customer satisfaction effectively.

Customer Feedback Submission
When a customer receives the feedback request email, they can easily drop their feedback for the specific task by clicking the provided link. The feedback is directly submitted to the cleaning company's system.

Managing Feedback
Cleaning companies can manage customer feedback seamlessly through their dashboard. Each feedback entry comes with two options:
1. Delete Feedback
To delete feedback:
- Click the Delete icon next to the feedback.
- The feedback will be permanently removed from the system.
2. Add Feedback as a Website Review
For companies subscribed to the website plan, feedback can be featured as a review on their website:
- Click the 3 Dots icon at the end of the feedback entry.
- An overlay will appear with the option to Add This Review to Website.
- Select this option to display the feedback as a review on the company’s website.
This integration ensures that cleaning companies can showcase positive reviews, enhancing their online reputation and customer trust.
Automatic Feedback System with Website Integration
The feedback system is fully automated and seamlessly integrates with the cleaning company’s website (if subscribed to the website plan). This ensures customer feedback is collected efficiently and can be utilized to improve services and showcase customer satisfaction online.
