Booking Management
The Booking feature allows cleaning companies to receive and manage bookings either through their own website or through a unique booking link provided by our system. This flexibility ensures that companies can handle customer bookings efficiently, no matter the platform.
Booking Page
The booking page provides a clear and user-friendly overview of all received bookings. We have an image of the overview page that shows its design and functionality.
Features of the Booking Page:
- Delete Icon: Each booking has a delete icon. Clicking this icon allows the cleaning company to remove a specific booking from the system.
- Three Dots Menu: Beside each booking, there is a 3-dots menu icon. When clicked, it opens an overlay with the option "Add as Customer."
Adding a Booking as a Customer
When the "Add as Customer" option is selected from the 3-dots menu, the details submitted by the customer during the booking process will be automatically added to the Customer CRM system. This integration ensures that customer data is saved and can be used for future engagement and service management.
