Manager Role
The Manager role in our SaaS is designed to help cleaning companies manage specific aspects of their dashboard. Managers have significant privileges but do not have full access like the owner role.
Manager Role Privileges
- Access to Creation Services: Managers can oversee and manage requests for video and graphic creation services, ensuring the company’s creative needs are met.
- Operations (Bookings and Quotes): Managers can view and manage bookings and quote requests. They can delete entries or add booking details as customers to the CRM.
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Managers can manage customer data, including adding, editing, and tracking customer information.
-
Task Management:
Managers have access to all tasks within the company. They can:
- Oversee task assignments.
- Monitor task statuses.
- Manage their own assigned tasks and mark them as delivered when completed.
Manager Role Restrictions
- No Access to Subscription Management: Managers cannot view or alter subscription plans or packages for the company.
- No Access to Calendar: Managers are restricted from using the calendar tool to view or schedule company-wide events.
- No Access to Payments: Payment management, including viewing and updating payment methods, is not available to managers.
- No Access to Teams: Managers do not have permissions to manage or oversee team structures or create new teams.
Package-Dependent Features
The features available to managers depend on the subscription package the cleaning company has chosen. Some advanced tools or features might be inaccessible if the company has not subscribed to the relevant package.
Conclusion
The Manager role is a crucial part of the SaaS system. It allows cleaning companies to delegate operational responsibilities without granting full access to sensitive or administrative features, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining a clear division of roles and responsibilities.
