The Owner Role is the highest-level administrative role in our SaaS platform. This role is automatically assigned to the user who signs up for the SaaS, making them the super admin of their cleaning company’s account. The owner has full control over all features and functionalities, ensuring seamless management of operations, roles, and services.

The owner role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Create Company Profile: Has the Privilege of creating your own cleaning company profile.
- Full Dashboard Access: The owner can access and manage every feature available in the SaaS depending on their subscription package, from task scheduling to customer relationship management (CRM).
- Role Creation and Management: The owner is the only role that can create and assign other roles, such as Manager, Cleaner, and Team Leader.
- Task Oversight: The owner can create, assign, and manage all tasks within the system, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
- Service Management: The owner can oversee booking, quote requests, feedback, and service packages, ensuring that their cleaning company is providing top-tier services to customers.
- Subscription and Billing: The owner is responsible for managing subscriptions and payments for the SaaS services.
